Description

As with most front wheel drive turbo platforms, the Mazda3 suffers from excessive wheel-hop. This is a result of the soft factory motor and trans mounts allowing too much engine movement during aggressive driving. Stiffening up engine movement is the key the getting Mazda3 to hook up from a dead stop. The Weapon R engine damper kit for the Mazda3 works by bracing engine movement against the drivers side strut tower.

Reduced engine movement means less wheel-hop, quicker launches and significant improvements to 60′ and ET track times.
